The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the advertisement in Annexure-1 and further seeks for a direction to the opposite parties to give opportunity to him to work in the post on contractual basis for one year.
On perusal of the advertisement, it appears that the last date of submission of application was 02.04.2018 on online basis and, as such, the period of such advertisement has already been expired.
In such view of the matter, with efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is disposed of.
