parties.
On noticing some inadvertent mistakes in the order dated 17.06.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.9580 of 2019, this Court suo motu called this matter for making necessary correction.
The expression with regard to the word ‘TAMRIT’ typed in the 2nd , 5th & 8th line of second paragraph and the expression with regard to the word ‘TAMPET’ typed in the last line of the second paragraph of the order dated 17.06.2019 stands corrected and be read as ‘TAMDA’. The other part of the order dated 17.06.2019 remains unaltered.
Certified copy of the order dated 17.06.2019 submitted before this Court be returned after making necessary correction.
