The petitioner is stated to have filed a show cause on receipt of notice from the Certificate Officer, Sadar, Cuttack- Opposite Party No.4. As the petitioner has already participated in the proceeding by filing show cause, this writ application is pre-matured so far as the ground for initiation of the proceeding is concerned.
The Certificate Officer- Opposite Party No.4 is directed to take into consideration the issue raised in the show cause filed by the petitioner and dispose of the proceeding in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order, provided the petitioner cooperates.
The writ application is accordingly
disposed of.
