The petitioner files this writ application seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to issue necessary permission in favour of the petitioner for withdrawal of money from the joint account in order to construct the Bajapada Project Primary School building.
The writ petition was filed in the year 2008 and in the meantime 11 years have passed and more so Mr. B.Satpathy, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has no instruction in the matter.
Since none is there on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment in this matter and dispose of the same being a year old case.
