Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.3 and 4 to provide legitimate dues amounting to Rs.1,14,000/- to the petitioner and her Group for their expenditure incurred in implementing Mid-day-Meal Programme at Balikhand M.E. School w.e.f. January, 2010 to October, 2011, by quashing Annexure-12.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-13, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-13 and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
