Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the tender call notice dated 28.11.2011 for appointment of transport contractors for the period from 1st March, 2012 to 31st March, 2012. Since the period has already expired, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
