Heard the party in person.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of O.A. No.219(C) of 2016 from the Office of State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to this Court.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition, the prayer is allowed.
The petitioner is permitted to move an application along with certified copy of this order for transfer of the Original Application to the High Court. In that event, if an application is moved for transfer of the Original Application filed by the petitioner, learned Tribunal will try to transfer the same expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
