The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite parties to accord the petitioner scale of pay of Rs.775-1025 as per Annexure-9 forthwith from the date the said scale of pay has been accorded to the incumbent working against the post of Helper (electrical) in I.G.I.T. with interest and to fix the scale of Rs.950-1500/- i.e. the scale of pay accorded in R.E.C. Rourkela to the incumbents similarly placed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ventilating the grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to the authority concerned, which is pending for consideration.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission directing the opposite parties to consider representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-13 series and pass a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
While considering the representation of the petitioner, the opposite parties shall take into consideration the promotional aspect also. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
