The petitioner files this writ application seeking direction to the opposite parties to give due weightage to the qualification and experience of the petitioner and declare that the petitioner is eligible and entitled to be considered for the post of Asst. Professor in Civil Engineering in the constituent colleges of BPUT, Orissa as per advertisement at Annexure-1.
Since the process of selection pursuant to the advertisement at Annexure-1 has already been over long since, but because of the interim order passed by this Court on 14.09.2010 in Misc. Case No. 14629 of 2010, the result has not been published and, as such, when the petitioner claims for employment under the State Government, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the writ application.
The writ application thus stands dismissed, as not maintainable. Consequentially, interim order passed on 14.09.2010 stands vacated.
