05. 12.12.2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash Annexures-5 and 7, and further seeks for a direction to the opposite parties to sell the possessed property in the name of the petitioner at the price prescribed in the Uniform Policy in Annexure-1 by accepting the consideration money.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-8, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
