Mr. H.S. Panda, learned Central Government Counsel is present for the opposite party.
As such, no counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite party, even after notice was issued on 15.07.2004.
Since it is a year old case and in the meantime 14 years have passed, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment.
However, if the representations filed by the petitioner vide Annexures-4 and 5 are still pending, the same shall be considered and disposed by the concerned authority in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
