The petitioner has filed this writ application seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow him to draw trained graduate scale of pay at par with the trained graduate teachers with effect from February,2008 and further to clear up the arrear differential pay within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
Mr. B.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner states that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned ventilating his grievance to allow him to draw trained graduate scale of pay at par with the trained graduate teachers and to pay him arrear differential salary.
With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the concerned authority that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of within three months thereafter in accordance with law.
