The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the notification issued by opposite party no.2 under Annexure-9 dated 28.08.2010, by which the petitioners have received G.I.A. as per GIA order 2009.
Since the petitioners claim approval of their post and consequential release of GIA, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this application. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
