The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the order dated 21.06.2019 in annexure-2 and further seeks for a direction to the opposite parties to allow him to continue at his present place or posted under any of the vacant post in the office of SIC No.I, Berhampur or Harabhangi Irrigation Division, Adava of Chikiti Irrigation Division, Chikiti by canceling or modifying the order of transfer.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-5, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
