Perused the record.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash Annexure-1 dated 22.01.2009 issued in favour of opposite party no.6 engaging her as anganwadi worker in respect of Teghari anganwadi centre.
Mr. B. Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate referring to the counter affidavit states that since the petitioner challenges the selection and appointment of opposite party no.6 as anganwadi worker, which is appealable one. Instead of preferring appeal, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present application, which is not maintainable.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as the same is not maintainable.
