Heard Mr. K. Swain on behalf of Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for opposite party no.3; and Mr. B. Satpathy, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
Mr. K. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since it is year old matter of the year 2006, he has no instruction in the matter. Therefore the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
