Heard Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Due to non-compliance of the order dated 29.06.2011 passed in W.P.(C) No. 17398 of 2011, the petitioner approached this Court by filing this application.
Mr. B. Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate on instruction states that the order of this Court has been complied with.
Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of compliance has not been communicated to the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, let the order of compliance be handed over to Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the order of this Court has already been complied the contempt proceeding is dropped.
