Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the age of the child, who is presently become major, this Court finds, the prayer made in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence no decision under the provision of Section 9(4) of the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956 can be issued in the matter. Accordingly this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
