This writ petition is not entertainable for the part of cause of action already there involving O.A.No.3074 (C) of 2018. If petitioner so advised may take steps for transfer of O.A. No.3074 (C) of 2018 by filing appropriate application and also make necessary amendment to the pleadings involving O.A.No.3074 (C) of 2018.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove. This Court observes disposal of this writ petition as not entertainable at this stage shall not stand on the way of the petitioner to renew his prayer again.
