Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite parties to pay contractual arrear dues and release of service charges from April, 2009 to November, 2014 and 68 months’ salary with PF & ESI bonus against security personnel engagement charges to the petitioner agency at an early date and further to quash the order dated 30.07.2009 passed by opposite party no.7 for disengagement of the petitioner agency from the units of CESU and further direction may be given to allow the petitioner agency to continue in his service with the opposite parties.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-13, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-13 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
