Heard Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. P. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the opposite parties.
Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the order dated 18.03.2019 indicates that the petitioner has been continuing on contractual basis for more than 15 years, but the fact remains that the petitioner has been continuing for more than 10 years of service in the organization. As such, this Court vide order dated 18.03.2019 directed to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by the apex Court in Secretary State of Karnataka and others v. Umadevi (3) and others , (2006) 4 SCC 1 and State of Karnataka and others v. M.L. Keshari and others , 2010 (II) OLR (SC) 982.
This Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 18.03.2019. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
