08 05.04.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner claims for the post of Anganwadi Supervisor on contractual basis, which is a civil post, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this application. Therefore, he submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
