The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite party no.4 to comply the order dated 30.07.2010 passed in Appeal No. 6/2010 by the A.D.M., Angul within stipulated period keeping in view the report submitted by the 1st Standing Committee vide Annexure-4.
Mr. B. Barik, learned counsel for opposite party no.5 contended that the order dated 30.07.2010 passed by the A.D.M., Angul in Appeal No. 6/2010 has already been quashed by this Court and therefore, no cause of action survives for the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed.
