Perused the record. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to engage petitioner no.1 in the post of Sikshya Sahayak in Bhadrak Education District as per G.A. Department Resolution dated 04.05.1981.
Mr. P.K. Panda, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department states that since the scheme of Sikshya Sahayak has already been abolished in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous by efflux of time.
