The IIC, Khurda P.S. has produced the respondent in person in Court today. Mr.Surajit Nath has entered appearance for the respondent.
Respondent submits that he has vacated the premises two days ago. He has handed over the key to the appellant but the appellant did not receive the same.
Mr. Sidhartha Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the key may be handed over to the appellant.
In view of such submission, the key of the house is handed over to the appellant, who is present in Court today. The case is closed.
