In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued to the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite party no.1 to dispose of O.S.S. Case No.656 of 2017 at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite party no.1 to dispose of O.S.S. Case No.656 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by end of June, 2019.
