Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued to the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite party no.1 to dispose of O.S.S. Case No.2872 of 2016 at an early date.
