This appeal has been filed in the year 2011 challenging the judgment passed in Civil Suit No.52 of 2006 on 30.10.2010. In the meantime more than eight years have already passed, and the matter is yet to be admitted. Therefore this Court is not inclined to call upon the respondents after so many years to attend the litigation.
In the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant any further time to remove the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.
As a consequence the RFA stands dismissed.
