Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A fair statement is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already attained the normal superannuation in the meantime.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed but however liberty is given to the petitioner to move the court competent in the event any cause of action surviving.
