In compliance of order dated 25.03.2019, and Mr. S.K. Padhi, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. S.Mohanty-1, learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3 states that the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in O.J.C. No. 8539 of 2000 is applicable to the present case.
In view of the above, this writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in OJC No. 8539 of 2000, by which the order dated 29.08.2000 has been quashed. The opposite parties are directed to absorb the petitioners in the regular establishment by regularizing their services as Assistant Accountant (Commercial) against the existing five vacancies within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
