It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, number of petitioners in this case have died in the meantime and he has no instruction whether the cause of action subsists as on date or not.
Regard being had to such facts and submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty for the petitioners as well as the legal heirs of the deceased petitioners to file better application, if cause of action still subsists.
