The writ petition was filed for direction to the Additional District Magistrate, Bargarh for renewal of the arms license in favour of the petitioner.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that such license has already been renewed in the meantime up-to December 2021 and permission has also been granted to transfer the arms.
In view of such facts, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed
as infructuous.
