- By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the sale of property by opposite party no.1 in favour of opposite party no.3 by a Deed of Conveyance dated 19.1.1991 under Annexure-2.
- During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances in view of the fact that we are not inclined to allow the prayer made in this writ petition.
- In view of such submission made, permission for withdrawal of the writ petition is granted with liberty to approach the appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings.
- The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
