By way of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the action of the opposite parties and the charges dated 06.03.2002, the enquiry report dated 28.02.2003 submitted on 08.05.2003, 2nd show cause notice dated 22.07.2006 ignoring judicial orders and representation dated 11.08.2006, which was served after 11.08.2006 and above all, the order dated 27.02.2007 of the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench Cuttack ignoring provisions of Article 311 of the Constitution and the OCA Rules-15.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the order impugned herein along with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party No.1, more particularly averments made at paragraph-10 that pursuant to order of this Court dated 04.08.2006 passed in W.P.(C) No.10203 of 2006, the petitioner had submitted his copy of the representation dated 11.08.2003 on 16.03.2007, to which our attention is drawn, if still remains pending, shall be disposed of with a reasoned order and the same be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
