Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This is an application for implementation of this Court’s direction dated 8.7.2019.
In disposal of the I.A., this Court observes, in the event the direction of this Court in disposal of the writ petition has not been complied with as of now, the same may be complied with by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months, failing which it shall be inviting a suo motu contempt. This order is however subject to the condition that there is no interim order operating involving the same through higher forum.
As lockdown period is continuing for Covid-19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilise the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
