In disposal of W.P.(C) No.12205/2018 on 7.3.2019, this Court interfering similar nature of order set aside both the impugned orders therein. Same analogy is also application to the case at hand.
Applying analogy in W.P.(C) No.12205/2018, this Court is inclined to interfere with the order at Annexure-2 and set aside the same and further directs the competent authority to renew the PDS licence of the petitioner within 15 days from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
