This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for correction of typographical error in order dated 24^th September, 2019 by which MACA No.777 of 2006 was disposed of.

Mr. Mahali, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the MACA was disposed of vide order dated 24^th September, 2019. In the 2^nd para of order, the Claim Case number has been inadvertently stated as ‘ Misc. (Accident) Case No.15/49 of 2005’ in place of ‘ Misc. (Accident) Case No.5/49 of 2005’ .

On verification of the impugned judgment passed by learned Motor Vehicle Claims Tribunal, it is apparent that the Misc. (Accident) Case No.15/49 of 2005 is correct. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the application filed for correction of clerical error.

Accordingly, the IA is dismissed.
