In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this revision with liberty to approach the appropriate Committee in seeking relaxation of the relevant regulation standing on the way of the prayer as had been advanced by the opposite party no.2 in their application under section 41(6) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of the Children) Act, 2000.
Granting the liberty, as aforesaid, the revision stands disposed of.
