This is an application for correction as to the typographical errors crept into the order dated 19.11.2019 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.6587 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has wrongly filed a memo in Court on 19.11.2019 giving details of the case, basing on which the said order was passed. He further submits that the correct number of the case is C.T. Case No.170 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned C.J.M., Bhubaneswar and prays for necessary correction of the same in the cause title of the bail application.
In view of the above, prayer for correction of the order dated 19.11.2019 is allowed and necessary corrections be carried out in the said order.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
