CRLMA No.105 of 2019
This Criminal Misc. Application has been filed for restoration of CRLMC No.1524 of 2018 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 27.02.2019 on the ground of non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nonappearance was not deliberate and intentional, as such he prays that unless the case is restored, the petitioner shall be highly prejudiced and suffer irreparable loss.
In view of the submissions and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
Accordingly, the CRLMC No.1524 of 2018 is restored
to its original file.
Accordingly, the CRLMA is disposed of.
