- 11.07.2019 In this application the order dtd.11.06.2019 is sought to be modified to the extent that, due to typographical error, in the 2nd line from bottom of 4th paragraph, in place of “S.D.J.M., Kamakhyanagar” “Sessions Judge, Rayagada” has been mentioned.
Accordingly the same be corrected as “S.D.J.M., Kamakhyanagar”. Petitioner is allowed further fifteen days from today to surrender before the court of S.D.J.M., Kamakhyanagar.
The rest part of direction shall remain same.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy as per rules.
