It is seen from the rejection order as annexed to the bail application that 10 kg of contraband ganja was allegedly seized from the possession of the petitioners and they are inside custody since 18.10.2019.
Considering the quantity of contraband ganja, which is less than the commercial quantity, it is directed to release the petitioners on bail in connection with Mathili Excise PR Case No.40/2019-20 corresponding to T.R. Case No.124/2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
