It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the other co-accused, who is the son of the present accused, has already been released on bail in the meantime.
Objecting such prayer, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the present petitioner is the principal accused and has been clearly implicated by the eyewitnesses, namely, Golapi Goud and Bhumisuta Goud.
Considering their statements made before the Police and the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. However, as per the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that in the meantime some witnesses have already been examined by the learned trial court and the petitioner may be permitted to renew his prayer for bail, he is permitted with liberty to move so after examination of such eyewitnesses including Golapi Goud and Bhumisuta Goud before the learned trial court.
Granting such liberty as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the bail application is disposed of rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
