It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the meantime the chargesheet has already been submitted alleging offences under Sec.498-A/306/34, I.P.C and Sec.4 of the D.P. Act.
The allegations reveal are all omnibus in nature without any specific mention of the incident regarding torture in relating to dowry demand. The petitioner is inside custody since 24.05.2019 and he is the husband of the deceased.
Considering all such factors, it is directed to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Pipili P.S. Case No.113/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.200/2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
