The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307, I.P.C. read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
Regard being had to the facts and submission, nature of allegation, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO), Bolangir in G.R. Case No.83 of 2019 corresponding to Bolangir Sadar P.S. Case No.203 of 2019 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
