The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 457/380, I.P.C. on the allegation of committing theft in the house of the informant.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for
the parties.
Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed in the meantime.
Regard being had to the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.3855 of 2019 corresponding to Nayapalli P.S. Case No.391 of 2019 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
