In such circumstances, the prayer made by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cumAdditional Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar is allowed.
The I.I.C., Jatni Police Station shall contact with the Public Prosecutor in the aforesaid case and ensure the Doctor, namely, Dr. Deben Das is produced and examined. The I.I.C., Jatni Police Station shall also ensure whereabouts the other Investigating Officers and ensure their attendance. Unless the aforesaid witnesses are appeared in the next date, there is no impediment on the part of the Court to take all coercive steps against them to procure their attendance.
A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cumAdditional Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

A copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the State for its communication and compliance.
Since the case is at the concluding stage and adjournment has sought for and also the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in the aforesaid case.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
