Show cause affidavit has been filed by the petitioner
indicating that he was not aware of the earlier order. But, the contention is not convincing. No one has also appeared to substantiate the same.
Since the petitioner has suppressing the earlier order of surrender again approached this Court, this Court imposes cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) on the petitioner and directs the Court in seisin over the matter to realize the same as fine and deposit the same in the appropriate head and also intimate the same to this Court.

lower court.
