This writ application has been filed with a prayer to direct the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to deduct a sum of Rs. 3,000/- every month from the salary of the opposite party no. 4 and remit the same to the petitioner through money order excluding the expenses.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order passed by this Court on 17.08.2015 in Misc. Case No. 167 of 2015 arising out of RPFAM No. 90 of 2015, the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 have not carried out the same and for that reason the petitioner is deprived of enjoying the fruit of the said order passed by this Court.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ application with liberty to approach the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to take appropriate action in the light of the order dated 17.08.2015 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No. 167 of 2015 arising out of RPFAM No. 90 of 2015 and accordingly, if so necessary, to further move the matter in RPFAM.
Granting such liberty, the writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
