This application has been filed praying for a direction to the learned State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar for expeditious disposal of G.I.A. Case No. 588 of 2014 pending before it.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for no reason, the opposite parties have been dragging on the proceeding by not taking steps as a result of which the petitioner is suffering by not getting his claim adjudicated.
Considering the submission and in view of the limited nature of the prayer, this application is disposed of with an observation that in the event the petitioner files an application for early disposal of the aforesaid GIA Case citing all the grounds in support of it, the learned State Education Tribunal will do well to consider the same in its proper prospective and pass appropriate order in accordance with law and accordingly proceed further in the matter.
